Severna Park Exteriors was formed and is operated by Lance Kasten of Exterior Dynamics and David Ramsey of Severna Park Handyman. Both of whom have a long-standing history of delivering quality affordable solutions to their customers with a high level of moral character.

In delivering our services the safety of our employees, customers, their home, and the environment are put at the forefront when planning our work. Our staff receives OSHA Outreach Training on many topics. We also teach First Aid & CPR to our staff members. All this training comes from David Ramsey who is an OSHA/National Safety Council credentialed safety professional. Job sites are also monitored for full OSHA compliance of safety standards while work is being performed. SAFETY FIRST!
